My name is Don Schmitt and I am the maintenance director of an athletic club in Stillwater Minnesota. We had a flat, tar, and rock roof from 1982 that was in bad shape. Don Hoppe with Hoppe Roofing put on a new white Conklin roof that has cut our energy cost significantly. Not only is it leak-proof and adds R-value to our roof, but Don came the next year, from Iowa, to walk the roof and make sure it was holding up as quoted. The only problem with our new roof is that it wasn’t put on sooner.
